Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Life is better on the summit! 1 mile from the entrance to Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort. Sitting on an acre of natural meadow and marsh land, the property includes the American River headwaters. Enjoy our remodeled interior w/ fireplace and rear deck with hot tub & fire pit. In the winter, we get a lot more snow than in the basin. Typically 15 min to the Y and 25 min to Stateline. Note the cabin is *on* Hwy 50 (some road noise) and is not "in town". This gets you closer to Sac and Sierra at Tahoe.
