Our home is 'on the beach' and is situated midway between Greymouth and Punakaiki. We offer a self contained unit on the ground floor of our home. The beach is just a few steps away and is great for walking. Punakaiki is 20 minutes from the house, Greymouth is also 20 minutes and Hokitika airport is a 50 minute drive to the south. Greymouth offers a range of eateries and there is a pub and hotel in Punakaiki. We are situated on state high way 6, which is well known for its spectacular scenery.

Relax in the bath on the deck with Rimu trees growing through it, surrounded by native bush and listen to the sounds of native birds and the ocean which is nearby. A magical escape which is truly unique.

Private and quiet place to relax. You'll have your own car park and entrance and can enjoy the sea view with spectacular sunsets from the private balcony. A private track goes down to the Truman Beach. Close to the Paparoa Great Walk and Pancake Rocks and Blowholes. Included are linen, towels, soap and shampoo, WiFi and a welcoming atmosphere. We offer some home baking like German-style bread, Scones and vegan Brownies (for a small price,only on request).
