La passione per Roma e il desiderio di far conoscere ad altri la bellezza del Rione in cui sono nata mi hanno spinta a creare uno spazio curato nei minimi dettagli, per garantire comfort e stile. A pochi passi dal Colosseo, potrai vivere l’atmosfera autentica del centro storico, tra vicoli pittoreschi, botteghe artigiane e ristoranti tipici, scoprendo tutto il fascino della Città Eterna.

Casali dell’Olmo 4

A soli 30 km da Roma e a 5 minuti dal lago di Bracciano si trova l’agriturismo Casali dell’Olmo, all’interno di un’azienda agricola biologica di 100ha. È una meta perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi immerso nel verde e godersi il lago e i suoi dintorni, ma allo stesso tempo ben collegata al centro di Roma tramite un servizio di treno metropolitano. L’agriturismo è composto da 8 appartamenti indipendenti di circa 70 mq, ognuno dotato di area esterna ad uso esclusivo e con accesso alle aree comuni

La Casetta del Borgo

La casetta del Borgo è una piccola perla nel suggestivo Borgo di Trevignano Romano. Un delizioso monolocale a due passi dal Lago, dall’atmosfera soffusa, che si ispira al tema di una barca. Tre posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo soppalcato), cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e un suggestivo biocamino. La casa è dotata di Tv, lavatrice, frigo, forno, ferro da stiro e phon. Situata nel centro del Paese, permette di raggiungere con pochi passi le principali attrattive turistiche.

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

Appartamento unico situato al piano nobile di Palazzo Alibrandi (XVI sec), in una piazza tranquilla adiacente a Campo dei Fiori. Passata la bellissima corte interna, l'appartamento si sviluppa con un ampio ingresso con pareti affrescate ed una prestigiosa vetrata Art Deco. La suite privata, recentemente ristrutturata, ha soffitti a cassettoni di 6 metri ed arredi di pregio. Dalla finestra si accede a un balcone con vista sulla piazza. Le pulizie 50€ saranno pagate durante il soggiorno.

Ottimo per raggiungere facilmente Roma tramite treno o pullman, così come l’aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino.
