The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. Book a tubing trip at our beach with OspreyRafting or get your ski & snowboard rentals on site with Osprey Ski Shop.There is a covered hot tub and BBQ enclosing the lawn with river views. The interior is an open floor plan with a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counters. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 futons in the common area.

The 800 sq. ft. guesthouse has a bedroom, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, small kitchen, dining nook, sitting area, desk, wifi, and A/C. Even though it's just a 7-minute walk to the village, our place backs up to the wilderness, with great views of Tumwater Mountain and Icicle Ridge. Best of all, The Shedd has many windows and lots of fresh air and natural light.

This is the perfect, quiet, getaway for a long weekend in the sunshine of central Washington, just 20 min away from Leavenworth and an hour and 15 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. Additional guests may be allowed upon request (children). There is a queen bed on the main level and two twin beds in the loft that are accessible via a telescoping ladder.
