The beautiful garden is perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The location is ideal for a holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, scenic cypress-lined cycling routes, tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Everything is close by, even though you're surrounded by countryside!

L’appartamento è composto da una cucina-soggiorno con terrazzo abitabile vista mare. La zona notte comprende un bagno, due camere da letto, entrambe dotate di un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto matrimoniale. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, wi-fi, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Our apartment is perfectly equipped to enjoy a peaceful holiday and / or work in smartworking, in fact it is equipped with many comforts and has an excellent wifi connection, which allows you to work as in the office. To relax you can access a balcony from which to admire the sea, which is a few kilometers away; we really appreciate it sitting at sunset with a piece of focaccia and wine or a beer !
