Traditional 16th century italian stone house

Traditional italian stone house by BORGHI VENETI, completely renovated using original materials and techniques. Most of the decoration and furnitures are from local antique markets. The house is located in a very quite "borgo" not many cars, just the sound of the river and birds while you are enjoying your al fresco dinner in the private garden, under the wisteria canopy. Strategically located in the center of the region, close to Bassano, Venice, the mountains and many historic small cities.

Spacious and bright, also suitable for extended stays, it features a living room with a sofa bed, a new and modern kitchen with a dishwasher, cutlery, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a kettle, satellite TV, a safe, bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels, a hairdryer and a set of detergents.

Dista cinque minuti in auto dal centro storico di Castelfranco Veneto e venti a piedi. Con il treno si può raggiungere Venezia, Padova e Treviso.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Si tratta di un luogo intimo, rilassante con la possibilità di uscire in escursione sia a piedi che in bici nelle verdi colline circostanti. L'appartamento, con accesso indipendente, offre una cucina abitabile, un soggiorno con caminetto, una camera matrimoniale con un grande guardaroba, due camere singole e un bagno. Tra gli spazi comuni: un cortile e un ampio giardino con ulivi.

La casa “Ai Castagni” si trova sul monte Moncader a Combai di Miane, all’interno dell’Azienda Agricola Moncader . La casa ha subito un restauro conservativo, che mantenendo fede all’aspetto originale, ne preserva l’uso ai fini del soggiorno e residenza. La casa è dotata di una camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli affiancati.

Amazing position , panoramic view on the Veneto plain . At one km there is mountain bike freeride park.
