Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La Casetta

Situata a Sezzadio, dista pochi km dalla cittadina termale di Acqui Terme, da Alessandria e da Novi Ligure. La Casetta è completamente ristrutturata, con arredi, attrezzature e servizi nuovi. Al pian terreno si trova la cucina abitabile, un soggiorno con divano letto che all’occorrenza può ospitare due persone ed un bagno di servizio. Al piano superiore ci sono due ampie camere da letto con letti matrimoniali ed un bagno. Dotata di ogni comfort, vi accoglierà durante il vostro soggiorno.

The 2000 m2 garden and big parking place could have to be shared with the owners. Tourist Tax in Camogli: 2,5 euro per person per night.

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso. Il panorama fruibile dalle terrazze e dalle finestre si apre dall'estremo ponente ligure al Monte di Portofino e nelle giornate limpide fino all'arcipelago toscano e la Corsica. Il mare (500 m.) Recco(1200 m.) il Parco Nazionale di Portofino(3km) sono raggiungibili oltre che in auto, anche a piedi con panoramiche passeggiate; Genova-Nervi dista 12 km (SS1 Aurelia)

L'appartamento si trova al piano terreno di una villetta bifamiliare, con accesso diretto al giardino: si compone di cucina, camera con 2 posti letto, servizio e salone con eventuali altri 4 posti letto. Possibilità di parcheggio in giardino. Ospitiamo piccoli animali da compagnia. Nelle belle giornate è possibile mangiare in giardino. Vi accoglieremo all'arrivo e saremo, se lo desiderate, a disposizione per informarvi e consigliarvi su quanto si può fare e vedere in zona.

Náš dům leží v centru středověkého městečka Tagliolo Monferrato obklopeného vinicemi a horami. K ligurijské riviéře se dostanete autem za 30 minut. Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.
