The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom is accessed externally through the front courtyard NOT from inside the house.
