La casa reformada y re- amueblada, está en una calle tranquila, porton corr automático con mando a distancia, El coche se puede aparcar en el terreno. Piscina de obra de 7x3,5 mt agua, profundidad 1,10 hasta 1,70 mt. (cloro) La piscina está orientada al sur, aunque no se puede garantizar que los vecinos no les vean, la ubicación es bastante privada. Distancia a la playa, 1,7 km en coche. Casa para 4 adultos, posibilidad de 1 cuna de bebé. Tiene 2 baños con ducha, wc y lavabo. Fibra óptica.

Calafat is a small community, 5 min drive/15 by bike (you need your own transport!) from the beautifully picturesque Mediterranean fishing port of l’Ametlla de Mar, with a train station for the Barcelona/Valencia line. Bars & supermarket open every day. A short drive away - Ebro Delta bird-watching; the wines of Priorat; Port Aventura. The terrace views are stunning; it is very special being able to lunch outside most of the year. The bungalow is completely refurbished to a very high standard.

El alojamiento dispone de 1 cama de matrimonio y 3 literas, el dormitorio está en la caravana que está acoplada en el bungalow, ideal familias. La cocina, lavabo, ducha, sala de estar con tv y sofá están en el bungalow.

It's 15km from the centre of Tortosa and the famous river Ebro (excellent fishing), there is an outdoor pool in the village of Alfara (summer only) 2km, we are remote enough to enjoy peace, tranquility and dark and starry skies for stargazing.

The house is situated in an authentic Spanish neighborhood, under beautiful umbrella pines. The 500 m² grounds are fully fenced and offer plenty of privacy. Just a stone's throw away, you will find bustling Cambrils with its fishing harbor and many restaurants.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt im Süden der Gemeinde Tossa de Mar in einer sehr ruhigen privaten Urbanisation. Es bietet Ihnen einen tollen Meeresblick, einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Pool mit separatem Kinderpool und eine komfortable Ausstattung für max. 6 Personen. 2 Strände vor Ort können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Schlafzimmer wurden im April 2026 renoviert, die Küche im Oktober 2023. Das Haus liegt direkt am Küstenwanderweg (Sender Mediterrani), der auch Teil des Jakobsweges ist.
