There is a full laundry, dedicated den / office with walk-in closet. Queen bed in the master with twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy the large front porch with porch swing and sidewalk access.

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

Catch bass from the deck! This cozy cabin sits on a 100 year old rock retaining wall and overlooks a 1 acre pond. Feels like you are in the mountains but only a 10 minute drive from Hickory. Functional bathroom w/ running hot water and climate controlled living space. Kitchenette with small refrigerator and microwave. The large front deck has lighting and a gas grill for cooking out. Plenty of wildlife around including deer, fox, & various birds.

Newly finished downstairs BR will sleep up to 3 more guests in a King bed and twin daybed. YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM FROM INSIDE THE STUDIO.
