Historical apartment in the heart of Tbilisi

Stay at Georgian vibe historical apartment in the heart of authentic district Sololaki, Tbilisi. Surrounded by all the landmarks , galleries, cafes, bakeries and veggie shops, close to the botanical garden. We have 2 huge bedrooms each has a balcony and lots of windows, 1 single bedroom with loft space, full size kitchen, dining area with floor to ceiling windows, living room and a bathroom with a huge bathtub ( fits 2 adults!). We also have a projector, so you can have movie nights!

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 king-size double beds. One room has a separate toilet, and the second toilet is also located in the large living room. The apartment is also air-conditioned. Each room has its own balcony, with a total of 4 balconies per floor. A new, stylish kitchen is available for communal breakfast and dinner. The house has all the necessary appliances and household items. Apartments have a AC only in Living room, wich is enough for the whole apartment.

New apartment furnished with high quality materials in a lovely building with 24h reception. Great view on the mountain from the front (living room) with small balcony, and access to the slopes ski in ski out from the back (bedroom). Location is in high Gudauri, with direct access to the resort. The closest lift is 1 minute from the apartment and accessible by ski. A locker is available for storing the ski equipment.
