✨ Hi, I’m Tea a ski lover from Tbilisi. Owning an apartment in Gudauri has been my dream for a long time, and now it’s come true! This is my very first place in New Gudauri. I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. Cozy Studio Apartment #508 in Atrium, New Gudauri

A Studio apartment with balcony in Redco village in the premium block Atrium. In the building there is a restaurant and a bar, a spa center with swimming pool (not included in the booking price) and your personal 2 Ski-depots, where you can keep 4 pair of skies (included in the booking price). This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).

Adorable and brand new 1 bedroom/1 bathroom ski-in/ski-out apartment with views of Gudauri mountains can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment also features a separate living room with a queen size sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free access to WiFi, one full bathroom with a laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, and panini maker. The apartment has two balconies, two ski lockers, and is located only 400 feet from the main ski lift.

The apartment is located in New Gudauri, 200 meters from the Gondola, and ski lift is 50 meters from block. Guests have access to a,restaurant, café, casino, ski rental and most importantly, everything is extremely near. Guests have access to the whole apartment (studio): kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe and all the necessary amenities, also this apartment have a ski depot, on first floor of block . Most importantly, the apartment has an excellent panoramic view of the mountains.

Wake up to the sounds of squirrels, maybe spot a fox, and admire the majestic twin peaks of Ushba. The area is regularly treated for insects, but as it’s surrounded by pristine forest, you may occasionally notice a fly or small bug — part of the true mountain experience.

Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second one with a bunk bed featuring a double sleeping space at the bottom.
