Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Welcome to I Street Landing! We are conveniently located across Thaden Field, Bentonville Lake, and Osage Park. You will find amenities like trails, fishing, canoeing, kids park, music, food and more on the 55 acre park. Start or end your day with a unique dining experience at the Thaden Fieldhouse, overlooking the lake and runway.
