Many art and culture spots such as alternative Rog and Metelkova place are just a short walk away. You’ll love our place because of special ambient, 4 metres high ceiling, spacious and light rooms inside the 130 year old building, includes original retro furniture. It includes the free private parking! :)

Brunarica Biopark leži nedaleč od mesta Grosuplje, v majhi vasici, obdana z gozdovi in tišino narave. Narejena iz masivnih lesenih slovenskih brun, ročno izdelana, z veliko ljubezni. V njej se boste počutili res enkratno in pristno. Vso pohištvo je ročno izdelano in unikatno. Za enkratno in romantično vzdušje bo pozimi poskrbel prijeten in zanimiv kamin na drva. Za razvajanje pa so tu še čisto prava zunanja finska savna na drva, jacuzzi ter kurišče-žar.

Our 80 m² apartment is filled with natural light, serving as a peaceful oasis for yoga, relaxation, or indoor days. With a fully equipped kitchen and dedicated workspace, it's perfect for remote work. Located in a tranquil part of Ljubljana's city center, our apartment is in an old building with high ceilings.

Nahaja se v zgornjem nadstropju tristanovanjske hiše. Hiša ponuja tudi lep vrt z otroškim igriščem in profesionalnim trampolinom. Ponujamo možnost najema savne za 3ure (70€). Smučišče Krvavec je oddaljeno 25min, Velika planina 25min in ljubljansko letališče 20min.

Botanic attic studio

This stylish attic apartment is very bright and offers peaceful well-being. Keep in mind that the apartment is in the 5th floor with no elevator, so its not suitable for old people. If you work remote there is also a dedicated work space. Free parking is very near, but not in front the building. The old part of town (the charming one) is 25min away on foot and circa 10min with a bus.

Family home, 10 min to City + free EV charger

Our cosy home is located in Lavrica, 2km from AC exit, 7 km from Ljubljana city centre (10min drive or train/bus). There is a covered parking space with free EV charger right in front of the house. You will have the comfort of fully equipped home with 1 bedroom and 2 kids rooms, outdoor space with dining table and grill, new lounge area, hammock and outdoor shower.
