The Coach House

The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens! You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, kids, & behaved dogs!

The Loft at Patterson Ranch

Escape to our charming 480 sq. ft. studio above the breezeway, ideal for two people, can accomodate four with twin beds (cozy fit). Nestled on a gated 20+ acre working ranch against the stunning Sierra Nevada foothills, immerse yourself in the delightful ambiance of ranch life, complete with the sounds of farm animals and dedicated workers, and summertime ranch dust. Experience the warmth and charm of country living—your unforgettable retreat awaits! Note: we are 55 miles to Sequoia Nat Park.

Copper Lodge is a 12-acre modern rustic retreat, with private river access and multiple indoor/outdoor spaces to help immerse you in nature and make special memories with the people you love. It's a comfortable place to get away for fun, (or work-from-anywhere, with fast Starlink internet). Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Many of our guests tell us they wished they’d had more time to just unplug, right here on the property.

A great place for a romantic getaway or to get away from fast city life.You can enjoy the morning having a cup of coffee while enjoying the views of Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park while visiting with the livestock .Only 30 minutes from the entrance of the park ! You can go fishing in 2 fully stocked ponds, hiking around the 100 acre ranch ,beautiful sunsets, millions of stars, and watch a branding if we are doing so

This 90 year old ranch house has been recently lovingly restored and is a gorgeous, intimate gem located in the heart of Gold Country. It is situated in a field overlooking 45 acres of vineyards, 4 miles outside of Plymouth, CA, on Highway 49, between Placerville and Jackson. The exposed beams and wood floors of this charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, make the framework for a perfect creative get-a-way.

Big Brown Barn

Our barn is an amazing space. Built in the early 1910's and completely renovated with all the modern conveniences we love. Central a/c and heat, ceiling fans, flat screen tv's, wi fi, fully equipped kitchen. But the best part is all our antiques, collectibles and historic items on the walls. it is an incredible place that will be a treat for you to stay in. Due to the age and delicate nature of those items we have decided to only offer this space to adults (18), sorry no children or pets.

Magnolia Vineyard Winemakers Cottage

Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Homestead Barn Loft: Tesla Chargers

Newly built detached barn with a cozy loft apartment upstairs on our 6 acre homestead. We offer 2 Tesla electric car chargers, high speed Comcast WiFi (89.6 Mbps download 35.9 Mbps upload), brand new mattresses and a cozy place to relax. Just a short drive to Yosemite National Park Entrance (just over an hour-56 miles away), Pinecrest Lake, Historic Downtown Sonora and Columbia, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Black Oak Casino and countless hiking trails in the Stanislaus National Forest!

Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

There is a Tesla/EV charger on the property that you are welcome to use at anytime during your stay.
