Wooded pool side cabin getaway.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. A poolside cabin with a hot tub, outside bar with hibachi and gas fireplace. There is a bar and grill on the property as well as ski boat, jet ski and pontoon rentals available. Situated within a mile of the reservoir and boat launches we are nestled in the woods for a very secluded getaway. You will be a mile from all that North Liberty has to offer. Quiet Cabin on the Wapsipinicon River, great views

Cabin(1100sq. ft) has all the amenities of home but in a camping environment. Wapsipinicon river in the front yard for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.

Central location with access to 2,000+ acres of public land within 10 min drive and kayaks rentals. Large screened-in porch overlooking the river, nice firepit just outside the cabin. Paved RV parking pad with hook-ups (extra fees apply to park an RV). Get fresh eggs or meet some friendly animals at the goat farm across the street (call Liz in advance).

Talk about PEACEFUL! This cozy country cabin has been a unique project for us and we want to share it with you! Unique and one of a kind decorations and structure. Tons of great nature views, many deer and other wildlife right outside your door. Watching the live bison right outside your door is pretty cool too! A pheasant hunting reserve next door as well!
