Newly built studio sits at the back of our section. It has been completed to a very high standard with new everything. It can accommodate 2 adults very comfortably, but you have the option of the double sofa bed with spring mattress and foam top for a couple of kids if you are all happy to be slightly tighter. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hot plate. A weber BBQ is available on request. Heat pump, Wifi, Smart TV and Infinity complete the picture

1 bedroom self contained cottage on a peaceful lifestyle block just outside the cute village of Waipawa. 30 Mins from Hastings and Havelock North and less than 10 from Waipukurau. 30 mins from gorgeous beaches. There are pet ducks, chickens, piggies, lambs, goats, 3 dogs and 3 cats around. The dogs have their own area. Enjoy the peaceful rural surrounds and wake up to the sounds of the country. Breakfast provisions are provided. The cottage has its own entrance with parking right outside.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Takapau Yurt Experience

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at request and additional charge from my fully licenced food truck. Local superette 5mins drive away in the village, several nearby bush walks and wineries within a 15 min drive.

Patangata Station Homestead

A newly renovated early 1900’s cottage with all the charm and characteristics of a peaceful haven in the countryside. Absorb the beautiful view of the Tuki Tuki river while sitting on the patio enjoying a drink and nibbles. This property is shared with various farm animals including 2 friendly dogs, Winnie & Gus. The Patangata country pub is less than 1 minutes drive away offering great meals. The trout fishing in the renowned Tuki Tuki river is only a stones throw away.
