Escape to the tranquility of West Kelowna Estates with only a 7 minute drive to downtown Kelowna. This licensed 4 bedroom short-term accommodation offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, with easy access to vineyards, beaches, restaurants, moving theatre and shopping. Relax and unwind in our brand new hot tub (Dec 2025) Great for families or out of town workers. We will provide a diy light breakfast, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Hosts stay downstairs with their young child.

#1 Queen Private Toilet/Sink, Shared Full Bath

Pheasants’ Nest rm #1 is a 195 sq. ft. room featuring a queen size bed with Eden linens, robes, fan, USB ports and mini fridge. The guest room has a private sink and toilet cubical with a full bath down the hall shared with Owl’s Nest. All guest rooms have access to the Coyotes’ Den which is stocked with coffee, tea, cold drinks, dishes, cutlery and a place to warm food. The Den has dedicated workspaces for working travelers. Breakfast is served upstairs in the dining room from 7:30 to 9:00 am.

The Nest is a bright and comfortable queen suite with a private ensuite bathroom, including both a bathtub and shower. Located on the lower level of our lakefront home, the room offers a peaceful and relaxing setting just steps from beautiful Okanagan Lake. Guests can enjoy easy access to our private dock — perfect for a morning swim, coffee by the water, or unwinding at sunset. This room is ideal for couples looking for a quiet and comfortable lakeside getaway in Lake Country.

# 3 Quail’s Nest is a 155 sq.ft. guest room which can be changed from a king to XL Twin beds. The beds are made up with Eden Textiles and have USB ports on each side. This guest room has a private Toilet/Sink + Shared Shower with #2 Room. There is a mini fridge, fan, robes and toiletries are supplied. Breakfast is served upstairs in the dining room from 7:30 to 9:00 am or take your breakfast tray to any of the many sitting areas inside or out.

Queen Room (120 Steps to Beach) Green@BytheBridge

Queen (Green) Room - 120 steps from the beach, walk 10 minutes to downtown or 15 minutes to Kelowna General Hospital, a comfortable room with queen bed and full (3 piece including tub) private bathroom. Desk, TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in an energy efficient home (EnerGuide Rating 81 using an air-source heat pump). Breakfast is not provided nor is any other food service offered. We are a fully licensed B&B since 1996.

#2-King Private Toilet/Sink/Shared Shower with #3

#2 King Room is 190 sq. ft. with a Garden and Orchard View. This room features a private Toilet/Sink +Shared Shower with #3 room. Bed is made up with Eden Textiles. Room has a blow dryer, mini fridge, ceiling fan, bathrobes and bedside USB ports. The tile floors are heated with hydronic heating making the floors warm to the feet. Breakfast is served upstairs from 7:30 to 9:00 am or take your breakfast tray and sit inside or out.

Welcome to "At The Top of The Hill" . . . where the world stops to breathe Our adult-oriented (19+) boutique guest space is located in the laid back village of Peachland, BC. With spectacular views overlooking the Okanagan Lake., we welcome you to come and share the peace and tranquillity of our home. Both guest rooms can be booked together, subject to availability, providing exclusive access to the entire space.

Blathanna B&B

Blathanna b&b offers many unique amenities. The room is a separate dwelling from the main house, private patio with lake view, off street parking, quiet neighbourhood. A queen size bed with ultimate bedding, cozy sitting area, fabulous walk in shower with body jets, full gourmet breakfast and old world charm. This suite is not suitable for children and infants.
