The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

You will love the privacy with a spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. An elopement wedding? I can do that too!

The Little Red School House Bed & Breakfast

Get back to nature and enjoy the peace and quiet of our country getaway in the historic "Little Red School House", just 30 minutes inland from Oamaru. Our B & B is located on our 940 hectare family farm which we run sheep and beef cattle on. The farm is situated over 400m above sea level so has panoramic country views.
