Our house is situated on the beautiful, and sometimes dramatic Otago Peninsula. It is a ten minute drive from the Dunedin CBD and enjoys a rural aspect but has the advantage of being close to the city. It’s a large family home that I Deborah share with my husband Alistair. We would like the opportunity to share our house with travelers, but also earn extra income to travel more ourselves. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of our local surrounds, attractions and restaurants. We offer two separate bedrooms available for Airbnb guests, which share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom. To ensure privacy and comfort, the rooms are only rented together if the guests are part of the same group (i.e. friends or family). Otherwise, you'll have the bathroom to yourself. Please note: The total price depends on the number of people and on the number of rooms rented. Prices may vary slightly depending on demand—current rates will always be shown on the Airbnb calendar. If you would like multiple rooms, you first book Bedroom 1, which has a queen size bed and is suitable for 1 or 2 people. The rate for Bedroom 1 is provided when you select your dates on Airbnb. Only after you have booked Bedroom 1, can Bedroom 2 be added to your reservation. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and is suitable for 1 or 2 people. The rate for Bedroom 2 is NZ$120/night. To rent this room, simply include a message requesting it, when you book Bedroom 1. We will then update your reservation to include the price of both rooms. We also include a continental breakfast and barista-made coffee for all guests. Please note we live in the house.

Your private, ensuite room, has a separate entrance through garden. Elevated home with mountain views. A quiet established street in the older part of town. Renovated 1970's house with sunny outdoor deck, off street parking, just a few minutes drive from the centre, 15 minutes walk. Use laundry. Simple breakfast (Cereal, fruit, milk, tea & coffee included.) Pets welcome. Queen bed, quality linen, in a large private room. Helpful, Friendly, Kiwi Hosts! A refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle.

Situated in the beautiful Waitaki Valley our peaceful haven will have you feeling like you have turned back the clock to simpler times. Your seperate accommodation is the old Otekaieke School nestled amongst our grove of hazelnut and walnut trees. Enjoy tranquil views overlooking farmland and the St Mary ranges. Our Wiltshire sheep graze lazily in the paddock, the chorus of birdsong and the occasional cackle of our chickens proudly announcing your eggs have been laid for breakfast will delight.

Sunny, one level, 2 bedroom bed and breakfast

This is our home and we usually live here when we host guests. The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

You will love the privacy with a spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. An elopement wedding? I can do that too!

Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Home using steel, cedar, schist purpose built with you in mind. Cold water swim in cleanest lake opposite. Bedroom away from street noise with free parking outside. Comfy bed, quality. Big Sky Apartment is attached to our lovely lake-house in a great part of Tekapo. It is close to everything but quiet. There are stunning views of the mountains. We have Sky TV and free Wifi for your enjoyment. The apartment has its own separate entrance and a small outdoor patio including a table/chairs. Inside the apartment is a lounge-kitchenette, king bedroom and bathroom. It is doubled glazed, has heating/air conditioning and is equipped with everything travelers need.
