Swimming, beach and kayaking at Poe Valley State Park. Mountain biking and DCNR sport motorcycle trails. 40 minutes to State College, 15 minutes off of Rte 322, Milroy or Reedsville Exit. This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.
