A large entertaining area inside and a lovely alfresco BBQ area outside. Secure garden for pets and children with plenty of space to securely park the car and boat. The house overlooks a beautiful park and the beach is an easy 10 minute stroll. The house has a wood fire in the lounge. Cleaning fee includes linen.
