This is apartment on the first floor in our house: with kitchen, bedroom/living room and bathroom. It's 20 meters from the sea and beach. There are concrete, rocky and pebble beaches around, and we have our own beach! You’ll love my place: clean sea, beautiful view on Pag, green garden. It is great for couples, bikers and families. It has a variety of one day destinations to visit within 1 hour drive. Karlobag is the closest town, 4.5 km or 10 min away; Zadar is 1.5 hour, Senj is 1 hour from us.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.
