Amazing New Updates for 2025 - Solitude Shores

We’ve been working hard to update the property for everyone’s enjoyment!!! Here are our updates for 2025! -brand new decking on the pier and the dock -we are working on clearing the land so there will be trails through the woods and to improve the view of the water. -new living room chairs -new 58” smart TV -new TV in the second bedroom -all new Nectar mattresses -new solar pathway and dock lights -new fire pit -new insulated curtains in the living area -Ninja Flip Toaster Oven & Air Fryer

Gone Fishing......

Enjoy West Point Lake, bring your own boat the covered dock has power & water w/additional spots to throw up a tent to camp, clean your fish, then cook them up to eat!. The house is a humble sweet space to relax. Use the outdoor kitchen under the pavilion while you enjoy a fire in the pit. Enjoy the downstairs bar play a game of pool, darts or just hang out. Plenty of room for families to visit & enjoy their time together. It is our little piece of heaven that we enjoy with our family.

This home is centrally located. Next door to Kroger and right in the center of Lanett and West Point. There's a fully fenced yard, three spacious bedrooms, original hardwood from the early 1900s, a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, one with a bath tub, one with a walk in shower, a living and a dining room.
