Nous nous situons à environ 15 minutes de la côte de Granit Rose et de Perros Guirec. Le centre ville de Lannion est à 10 min à pieds du logement, ainsi que la gare SNCF et Routière et nous nous situons sur la voie verte Morlaix -Lannion.
