Welcome to "The Upper Gallery Area", AKA TUGA TUGA is primarily used by Health Care Professionals coming to Chapel Hill for in-house training, literally! If you are reading this and not a HCP keep reading, you just lucked out! TUGA is part of a 6000 sq.ft, 1.5 acre secluded living area, my home when in NC. It’s +/- 1015 sq.ft. of open concept living, European style kitchen , dining area for 6, living room area with easel TV , SONOS throughout, balcony with table for 4, BBQ/grill, 1 bedroom.

Secluded 2 bedroom MIL apartment w/own yard.

On the end of a road on the end of a road, this MIL suite is connected to my house and is situated on a park like 3 acres. Has a front and back entrance, fenced backyard, picnic table, full kitchen and den area. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom a single bed. One full bath with nice new 6 foot tub/shower. This place is simple, clean, and ready to go. The space has its own central heat and AC and hot water heater. I rest easy knowing this booking is less expensive than a local motel.

Carrboro/Chapel Hill/UNC Studio

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

One bedroom studio suite

Welcome to our home! Come stay in our quiet and serene suite, complete with its own private entrance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family & dogs around the property.

Charming 1-bedroom snuggled away 3 miles from UNC. Lots of character + natural light. Free bus stop across the street. It's on the highway, behind a privacy fence and trees so the traffic noise is muted. Great for UNC games, the hospital, and visiting students. The Boho Suite | Private bed, bath, & living room

Welcome! Our Boho suite is spacious, cozy, and private with gigabit fiber internet. Private entry, too! In the living room, you can watch Netflix on TV or work at the desk. Then when it's time for sleep, you can move to the bedroom, shut the barn door, and curl up in bed. Wake up refreshed in the morning with our coffee station (Keurig, fridge, & microwave). We're located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that's a short drive to anywhere in the Triangle. We'd love to host you!

Gorgeous Retreat - Close to CH/Carrboro/Saxapahaw

Welcome to our cozy craftsman guest suite! Private and peaceful - we're situated on 5 acres close to Carrboro/Chapel Hill (13 mi), UNC Hospitals (15 mi), Elon (20 mi), and the charming Village of Saxapahaw (5 mi). The guest suite is a spacious 500 sq ft with private entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom, and living area. With views into the woods and garden, it's a beautiful spot to get away, relax, and enjoy nature. Great for couples and solo travelers alike.

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!

Cozy apartment located on historic Whitehead Circle. About a 4 block walk to UNC Hospital, Campus & famous Merrit's Grill. Shopping, great restaurants and family-friendly activities are in close proximity. No need to worry about event parking! This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. A separate entrance and outside patio. Lots of privacy with as much or as little interaction with host as preferred.

Carrboro Library Guest Suite
