The suite was built in 2023, and includes a multitude of amenities for your perfect trip. With beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the view has sweeping oaks and mature magnolias, setting the scene for your Southern getaway.

Your dream Charleston getaway awaits in our newly renovated 2BR apartment on James Island. Our space boasts two memory-foam Queen beds and a cozy futon for ultimate relaxation. Experience the best of both worlds with a short 10 min drive to Folly Beach and 12 mins to Downtown. Our full kitchen and bath provide convenience, while the large, shaded, fenced-in backyard is perfect for creating memories with family and friends. For added fun, we offer beach chairs, towels, and a Bluetooth stereo.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Jasmine House: Gorgeous Studio w/ Private Entrance

Welcome to Jasmine House! Located in Park Circle, a vibrant community filled with great restaurants, all inclusive parks, and concert venues. Riverfront Park, home to many great events, festivals, and concerts, is within walking distance. Credit One Stadium is just a short drive away. The Park Circle neighborhood is very close to all that Charleston offers. Less than 15 minutes to Downtown and 20 minutes to the beaches make this a very desirable location. The Cottage On James Island

A few miles from historic & scenic downtown Charleston and Folly Beach this is the ideal location for your next vacation! You will enjoy complete privacy with a separate entry. Bedroom consists of Queen bed, dresser, armoire and library. You will love the walk-in shower complete with ceiling-to-floor tile. Comfortable living room with a sofa, two chairs, TV (Firestick only), kitchenette with small dining table, refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven for your use. Wi-fi available.

Sunny Spot on Ocean View

This cozy guest house is located on Ocean View Road, which is a dead end. A quick down walk down the road and you will see Clark Sound and the Morris Island Lighthouse. The private driveway will easily accomodate your vehicle as well as a boat trailer should you decide to bring your own boat. Sunny Spot is 7 miles from Folly Beach and about 7 miles from downtown Charleston. It is also very close to John's Island where some excellent restaurants and breweries can be found.
