Nestled in a corner of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, this basecamp with private sauna is the perfect place to relax after a day of activities. After an action packed day, treat yourself to a few cycles in our sauna Adventures are everywhere in the NEK. 100+ miles of mountain biking. Skiing at Jay Peak, Burke Mountain and Lake Willoughby Backcountry. 100s of miles of ATV and Snowmobile trails. You'll find classic Vermont adventures, not to mention Golf, fishing, and hiking you can embark on.

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

This winter the snow is as good as it gets. Cross country ski or snow shoe here or at the many trails nearby. Or just walk out onto the lake and smile. Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.
