We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.

3 Bedroom 2 bath seasonal cottage at Long Point in North Ferrisburgh. Cottage has been completely renovated everything but the bones of the cottage are new. New roof, doors, windows, kitchen, baths, laundry, spray foam insulation, central A/C and heat, furniture and American flag. A canoe, and three single seat kayaks, with paddles and PFDs are available for guests.
