Welcome to my classic Berlin style home. Start your day with a walk around the lake, grab a coffee next door, go shopping on Kurfürstendamm or visit the famous Schaubühne theatre - all within 15min walking distance. You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will stay in the guest area of my larger Berlin home, but all privately while I travel. We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).

Wohnen am Wasser unweit von Berlins Tiergarten.

Die Wohnung ist ca 100 Quadratmeter groß. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Arbeitszimmer mit einem Couch ausgestattet und einer großen (ca 40 Quadratmeter) Wohnküche. Die Wohnung ist modern und teilweise hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz auch für Gästeempfang, gemeinsames Kochen usw.. Der große Tiergarten ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil mit einer Mischung aus modernen und antiken Möbeln, einer vollständig ausgestatteten Küche, einem Bad mit Eckbadewanne und Tageslicht, einer Ballettstange mit großen Spiegeln, einem Turmerker, einer Fußbodenheizung über die ganze Wohnungsfläche und einem Kaminofen für gemütliche Stunden.

Von hier aus kannst Du die Stadt erkunden, in Kürze nach Potsdam, ins Berliner Umland fahren und fußläufig um die Ecke liegt die Berliner Messe, das Olympiastadion und die Waldbühne! Die Unterkunft wurde im November 2022 umfassend saniert.
