This cozy, charming hideaway offers a peaceful & romantic escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to connect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

Cabin in the woods

This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

This one-room schoolhouse was built in 1840, and has been completely renovated into a private retreat for two — original timbers and antique sliding doors preserved, modernized around a king bed, propane fireplace, private hot tub on the covered deck, and an oversized rain-shower for two. An hour from Saratoga, easy reach to Cobleskill, Howe Caverns, and the southern Adirondacks. Built for couples who want somewhere that doesn't feel like everywhere else.

Hiking, horseback riding, biking, walking trails and dining all close by. Or just set out on our 21 acres of woods and trails or grab a glass of wine and a book and sit on the edge of our ponds!

As hosts, we prioritize your privacy and offer a hassle free experience with super easy check-in/check-out and no cleaning fee. Please be aware that the bathroom shower in this space is compact.

Kingsley Station Guest House - 20min from Saratoga

Come relax at our one-of-a-kind firehouse studio apartment. This simple but charming stay is sure to please. Just 20 minutes from Saratoga Springs, 12 minutes from Ballston Spa, 15 minutes from Clifton Park, 8 minutes from Schenectady, and 25 minutes from the Albany Airport. We are centrally located to both Saratoga Springs and Albany. This studio apartment is a 2nd floor apartment and there are a flight of indoor stairs to climb.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

Hillside Cabin-Yurt

Discover a charming yurt-shaped house perched on a quiet hill with beautiful pond views. Inside is an open concept studio with a comfy king bed, two futons, a full kitchen, and bathroom. The large deck with dining area is perfect for meals outdoors, and the fire pit invites cozy evenings under the stars.
