A casa com alpendre, tem 3 quartos, 2 wc, cozinha 20m2, sala com sofá-cama, ar condicionado, lareira e aquecimento central. Tem jardim, pinhal, churrasco e brinquedos. Total de 640m2. Perto tem o Golf da Aroeira. Na Fonte da Telha há bons restaurantes, bares, atividades naúticas e de mergulho e pesca de arte xávega. A Costa da Caparica fica a 10m e Lisboa a 20 m.

Enjoy a unique experience in this luxurious penthouse located in the Chiado district. With a breathtaking view of the city and the river, it has a loft and terrace with a 180 degree unique view. The open kitchen is designed with high quality appliances and dining space which leads to the living room. For evening, 2 king size beds and 3 bathrooms with fitted wardrobes provide relaxation, comfort and welcome organization. The top floor loft has a bar area, tv and a comfortable sofa for quiet time.

Casa da Encosta is located in the picturesque Aldeia do Penedo, on the hills of Sintra facing the Atlantic. The nearby beaches (Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs and others) are just 5 km away. This two bedroom house (plus a mezzanine) dates from the 1930’s and was passionately renovated in 2023 by Katrin Kaasa and Duarte Amaral Netto, your hosts. The house maintains the spirit of a cabin (low ceiling in the kitchen and some doors) but was carefully designed for comfort and stylish details.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our 2 tiny houses are in the midst of agricultural landscapes on a horse farm 400 meters from one of the best surf beaches around. The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the subroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED This charming seaside Cabana is located directly on Praia da Mata, one of the most beloved beaches of Lisbon's famous Costa da Caparica, a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach dotted with seafood restaurants, surf schools and candy-colored cottages. Nestled in the dunes, Cabana Branca is big enough for friends or families to share, a stone's throw from the ocean's edge yet completely hidden from tourists. Caution: you need to bring your drinking water.

Original terracotta floors, wooden ceilings and a corner fireplace give the space a warm, understated character, combined with a clean, minimal interior. A calm, design-led space that blends original charm with a contemporary coastal feel.

Welcome to my corner of paradise, where I propose you my home for a beautiful and memorable experience between nature and the ocean, in the heart of a protected forest, just a stone's throw from the beaches and a few kilometers from Lisboa. La Cabane Caparica is a small 60m2 wooden house with a beautiful 300m2 private garden in the middle of a 30-hectare umbrella pine forest overlooking the magnificent beaches of Costa da Caparica.

Serra da Arrábida, surf, passadiços, trilhos, ciclovia até à Costa da Caparica, Golf e Piscinas da Aroeira e Lisboa. Estamos no centro de tudo e ainda pode ir a pé para a praia.
