Welcome to your Southside Experience! This modern, second story home is located in the lively Southside community in Downtown Chatt. Walk, bike or Uber to many close downtown activities, restaurants, bars, unique shops, or explore the mountains. Start your day drinking coffee while enjoying the Lookout Mountain view and end the day relaxing on our comfy sofa or in the hot tub, should you choose to add the “hot-tub experience” ($100 additional fee) to your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

With intriguing geometry drawn directly from the architecture of mountain laurel blossoms, pangolin scales, and pinecones—the simplicity and focus of the zome allows a lofty experience. Mountain's Edge by AAF, built in 2024, is right where you want to be! A cozy, stylish home overlooking the gorgeous views of the valley. While being just far enough away to enjoy the benefits of a quiet mountainous getaway, you're also 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, TN, where there is an abundance of amazing activities to partake in! Welcome to North Shore Lookout! The Entire lower floor of a 6 story tall duplex up on a hill with an amazing view of DownTown. We are located within minutes of Stringers Ridge, Coolidge Park, The Aquarium, Bars and Restaurants and really everything Down Town Chattanooga has to offer. The Hot Tub is fully functioning, Private and is only for our guests at Northshore Lookout. Because we are downtown and have neighbors close by the Hot tub is closed at 10pm to limit noise.
