Welcome to Orchard Farms! This is 76 acres of farm land that was part of a 1400 acre peach and pecan orchard in the mid 1800s til after WWII. There is an active orchard on the farm with peaches, apples, plums, pears, blue berries, raspberries, figs, and pecans We have a barn area with a few rescues and some animals that are part of our production livestock. We have a huge play ground area, fishing pond, BBQ/grill shack. We are able to host large groups, for parties, reunions, and weddings.

This rare cliff side open floor plan home is available with a Full kitchen, full bath (with exotic large soaking tub and stand up shower), dining area with table with seating for up to six guests, relaxing tv/3-k t.v. movie area, two porches, one bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom includes a trundle bed for that extra person. This cottage is perfect for 2 people and kid friendly. No Animals allowed.

Mountain River Retreat

The intimate living space with custom stone fireplace is well appointed with custom designed chairs, offering views of the river. This space integrates with the kitchen and on each side are two queen bedrooms with baths attached. A beautiful dining space and bar with seating accommodates all of your guests. The Upper loft features 2 twins and a third queen bedroom on the lower level with a bathroom. Also a sofa sleeper and rollaway bed are available.
