El apartamento es tipo bungalow . muy bonito y luminoso, con una terraza con vistas al mar. es muy cómodo al estar distribuido en una sola planta y a pie de calle, igualmente que el aparcamiento. está situado en una urbanizacion lllamada chayofa, se trata de una zona muy tranquila y a la vez a tiro de piedra de la playa de los cristianos y de las americas, pues está solo a 3 km. de distancia de estas dos localidades, donde estan las mejores playas, tiendas , restaurantes y lugares de ocio.
