Tramonto Cottage is directly at the water line with a hot tub, 4 levels of balconies including the incredible rooftop deck with its geodesic dome. Relax after a hard day of fun and adventuring by slipping into the hot tub. If you are looking for more, Plattsburgh is a short 10 min drive and the ferry to Vermont 5min.

Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK! * Occupancy tax certificate 2025-0017 *

The Country Bumpkin is a unique loft nestled in the lower valley of West Chazy. This property is located at the end of a secluded dead-end road and situated on 400 acres. The spacious loft overlooks the numerous gardens which guest can help themselves to in peak garden season. Enjoy farm fresh eggs and visits with the three friendly pet goats. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

This camp is a cute spot to go "GLAMPING" just off Lake Champlain in Northern NY, a great spot to unwind and this area has great fishing. Studio style camp with electric, bathroom and kitchen. Your own little tiny home camp. There is a dock to fish off or just relax by the water and a spot out in the water to anchor a boat if needed. Plenty of room to also pitch a tent or two and hang by a camp fire. I also like to mention our camp is in a great location for ice fishing and trail riding.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

You can take advantage of our rocky beach, 2 other nearby sandy beaches, or a variety of adventures and activities found in the nearby Adirondacks!

Relax alone or with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, marina, and to the walking trail by the lake - and 1 hour from Burlington, Montreal, and Lake Placid. Apartment is attached to our house, so we can assist you in any way. Handicap accessible with a no-step shower/no steps to enter house. House is on a quiet street- and bedrooms have room darkening curtains which means a great night’s rest!
