The Hideout

This is our little hideout near the heart of downtown Leavenworth. It's a studio unit with a 3/4 bathroom and a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, sofa, Roku TV, great wifi, soft towels, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and more. It does not have a stove or cooking equipment other than a microwave. It is a basement unit but with lots of light. It's one of three units in the building and there is a unit above this one so you WILL likely hear footsteps or muted voices from above at times.

Overlook downtown Leavenworth from your private Dream Suites 3 or 4 balcony. Each apartment is a one-bedroom suite with a king bed, pull-out sofa, and full kitchen (no oven). Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. Shared parking is available behind building.

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
