Kathadin), exploring the lakes with many gorgeous beaches, white water rafting the Penobscot River, fishing, riding ATV's or snowmobiling on the Jo Mary trail system from the property! Property has excellent swimming and plenty of dock space for your boat. Located just 6 miles from in-town Millinocket!

Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Loon Haven is a peaceful log cabin retreat for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.
