The walnut tree view ( castoldi apartments site) is our new apartment in the most peaceful part of Montepulciano. The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king ) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. From summer 26 a wine tasting will be available in the new garden for all the guests from 7 pm Old private wine cellar available Guests will park close the apartment

Casa Bonari è un appartamento indipendente, non condiviso, su un unico livello all'interno di una villa ai piedi di Monticchiello. E' composto da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina full optioned e salotto. Le stanze sono arredate in stile toscano, con vecchi mobili di famiglia ristrutturati uniti ad elementi contemporanei. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e l'appartamento circondato su ogni lato da un grande giardino, così che tutte le stanze vantano un bellissimo panorama sulla campagna.

Villa a few steps from the historic center but facing the countryside and the famous 16th century Madonna della Rosa church, there is a private parking for guests inside the property, the structure is surrounded by a garden and in front of an olive grove. there is a gazebo in the garden surrounded by Tiglio trees, a solarium on the top floor. The villa has all the comforts and large outdoor green spaces.
