A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

We have a spacious private studio apartment below our home in the Outer Richmond that is 1 mile from Ocean Beach, 2 blocks from Golden Gate Park, and 1 mile from Lands End and China Beach. Surfing, hiking, exploring at its finest. Enjoy the best parts of San Francisco. It is also steps from the 38 MUNI bus line that runs downtown. Great restaurants and bakeries within two blocks on Balboa Street. More dining options nearby on Geary street and Clement Street. Easy street parking.

Newly renovated space within walking distance to SF attractions. Great for couples, or families with young kids. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.

Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered
