Blockout curtains will ensure that guest will have a good nights rest. The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The generous, modern bathroom has a frameless shower, large mirrors and marble tiles. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by
