Hi everybody!!We are situated in the little Venice (Chioggia) and we are just 40min away from Venice. The appartmarnt is located at the first floor, it has kitchen-bedroom and private bathroom and balcony with table. Our place has also a huge garden with private parking(included), relax area with coffee machine and a barbecue area. We rent bikes to our guests for FREE!! And also WiFi is included in your stay. My family and I live in the same building, so we are always here ready for helping you!

Il casale è un bellissimo open space indipendente di oltre 60mq con angolo cottura, salone con caminetto e stufa, un'ampia camera da letto e un bagno. La zona è centralissima, comoda ai servizi (supermercato, farmacie, fermata vaporetto, negozi). Ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi museo e luogo d'interesse: dista a soli 10 minuti da Rialto e 20 da Piazza S. Marco. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione ferroviaria S. Lucia. Comodo anche dall'aeroporto Marco Polo.

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!
