A due passi si trovano negozi, bar, ristoranti, supermercati, banche, farmacie e un tipico mercato. In pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro storico. La posizione è strategica per visitare sia il Centro Storico di Venezia che le vicine città d'arte del Veneto. A pochi minuti la stazione e l'autostrada, in 20 minuti si raggiunge l'aeroporto. Venezia è raggiungibile facilmente e velocemente - in bus, la fermata si trova a soli 5 minuti dalla casa (corse per Venezia ogni 10 minuti), in 15 minuti di bus si arriva a P.le Roma. - in treno (15 min) ,stazione dei treni di Venezia-Mestre a 10 min a piedi dall'appartamento La stazione ferroviaria di Venezia Mestre dista pochi minuti a piedi da Casa900. Da qui partono treni per Venezia Centro Storico e per tutte le città d'arte del Veneto: Padova, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, Belluno. Dalla stazione di Mestre partono bus per le vicine spiagge di Jesolo, Bibione, Caorle, Eraclea e per le Dolomiti e Cortina d'Ampezzo. In auto o in autobus è poi possibile visitare la Riviera del Brenta con le sue famose ville Venete. L' ospite dovrà comunicare l'orario stimato di arrivo almeno 24 ore prima . E' indispensabile accordarsi per l'orario di check-in. L' appartamento sarà reso disponibile all'ospite a partire dalle ore 15.00. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.
