Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. The road is plowed and relatively flat. In winter you need at least all season but preferably snow tires to access.

The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.
