The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Nestled below the Cleveland Way and at the bottom of the with sunken in hot tub/spa these brand new luxury cabins are full of luxury what you would expect, 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 with large full bathroom and en-suite, each room having its own dressing room, dishwasher and washer/dryer, spacious and comfortable. Situated in open field with lovely views. Within a village setting with pubs and restaurants here

Honeysuckle Shepherd’s Hut w/ Hot Tub and T/court

Off Grid shepherd’s hut with a wood fired hot tub and tennis court in the picturesque village of Potto, near Swainby. The perfect weekend getaway for 2 with stunning views of the North Yorks moors and a wood burner. This hut is cosy, warm and comfortable. The shepherd’s hut has a hot shower, working gas stove and a mini fridge. There’s a separate private composting loo. And during the summer you may use the tennis court just a short walk through the orchard. There is no electricity in the hut.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Sandsend Beach is only four miles away and Runswick Bay three which offer some great local dining treats. Whitby is the local town approx a fifteen minutes drive. The cabin is a relaxing haven for both adults looking for a romantic getaway or families with children looking for adventure. The cabin can sleep 2 adults in a king size bedroom, and 2 adults and 1 child or 3 children in the second bedroom. It has the luxury of all modern amenities. The cabin is only accessible by foot approximately 200m down a winding trail. Therefore guests must be able bodied.

A cosy shepherds hut on a working hill farm, in the beautiful North York Moors National Park. Simply sit, relax, watch the birds and admire the view or explore the surrounding area. Walk from the hut or one of the local famous walks such as Cleveland Way, Wainstones, Roseberry Topping. Helmsley and Stokesley are lovely little market towns to explore or Whitby and York both within an hours drive. We only have one hut, so there is no sharing of facilities and the area is very private.

The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Viewley Hill Farm Lodge is a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroomed wooden lodge on a working farm. Situated in a peaceful and idyllic setting, the lodge has stunning views of the North York Moors and the Cleveland Hills. Guests can enjoy a range of walks in the local area including some that can be accessed directly from the farm. The local area boasts not only fabulous countryside but also easy access to the glorious north east coast and a wide variety of visitors attractions.
