With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it Summer or Winter!

Warm and sunny, self contained apartment, private lounge and bathroom in a quiet lane on the lower slopes of Huntsbury Hill. Off street parking, 3 pin plug power for EV (small extra charge may apply). Small kitchenette with tea + coffee facilities, sink, fridge and microwave. Wifi, bus stop, shops and restaurant, 3 minute walk, 4 km to city center, 12 km (20 minute drive) to airport. Lovely on-site and helpful hosts. Please ask; but bed configuration not really suitable for children.

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.

Located on a back section on Memorial Ave with private carport, private access and ensuite bathroom . Airport: 4 km away with bus stop nearby City centre: 5 km away with bus stop nearby. Short walk to Fendalton Mall, Cafés Queen bed and single bed for two to three persons. The space is by a shared driveway under the trees so you would wake up to the early morning birds sounds.
