Hideaway studio with private entry & bath

The guest suite is attached to the backside of the main house. As you park in the driveway, stepping stones will lead you to the right side of the house to your private entrance. We share a driveway & and wall, but otherwise, private. This relaxing suite is a true gem in the heart of Nixa. It's conveniently located approximately 6 miles south of Springfield and approximately 30 miles north of Branson. Welcome to the Historic Morgue! An eerie ambience greets you upon arrival..the history runs deep for this building. This antique, nationally recognized, historic building offers antique decor with a modern twist! Morgue decor throughout, rightly so..paying homage to its dark history. This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! And that bathroom!

The Little Green Guesthouse

The Little Green Guesthouse is your boutique studio in a peaceful and centrally-located spot. The main home was built in 1905 but the guesthouse was completed in 2023. It sits a bit behind the home to provide privacy for both. Large trees on the property provide beauty and tranquility. Within a mile are coffee shops, restaurants, wedding venues, and walking trails; plus the historic Ozark Square and Finley Farms located on the Finley River. Branson is also just a 30 minute drive away.

Great river access, close to town. Peaceful

Five minutes to Springfield, 35 minutes to Branson. on James River. Bed/ bath are downstairs. Kitchen\living area are upstairs. Great deck for deer, turkey and star gazing. Bring your kayaks,, tubes or noddles, This is a small river. No power boats. You can also fish from the bank. Convenient to Branson & Silver Dollar City which is one of the top destinations for Christmas Lights and Bass pro is close with WOW museum. Main house is 500 yards away on 5 acres.
