La casa, arredata di recente, è parte del mio appartamento ma è strutturalmente separata e con ingresso Indipendente. La zona è servita da molti servizi ed è in una posizione conveniente per muoversi: l'università e la zona più centrale sono raggiungibili facilmente a piedi e l'aeroporto dista pochissimi km ed è raggiungibile con il bus.

Family holiday home by the sea

A perfect family destination in a lovely city of Pescara. Large family home by the sea (2 min walk) and close to the town square and shopping district. Large selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Several of these places have outdoor play areas for children, making childcare simpler and more convenient. Ideal place to enjoy the beach, wonderful Italian cuisine (sea food, pizza, pasta). The flat is in the 1st floor (one above ground) in a 3 storey building with no lift.
