Maylands retreat is fully renovated with modern appliances, 65 inch TV with unlimited WiFi, streaming services and Ethernet in every room. You will feel relaxed inside as well as outside in the large alfresco courtyard with dining area and a BBQ.

While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay

This spacious, private, self contained, ground floor suite is centrally located <5km to the Perth CBD and a 15min drive to the airport. Bus stop within a few minutes walk. Pet fee of $15 per pet per night is charged separately i.e not added to the booking amount. Dates either side of booking can sometimes be available.
