Our one bedroom downstairs apartment is the perfect place to enjoy your time in Woody Point, which has the only sunset to be seen directly over the ocean along Australia’s East Coast. A bus stop is conveniently at the doorstep. Across the road is the waterfront park with BBQ’s, playground and a boardwalk that begins at the Woody Point jetty and wraps around the coastline. A block away are great restaurants and cafes. Wander up the hill to see the Gayundah shipwreck or to the beach for a swim.

This location is great for boaties, an easy access to Bribie Island passage via a canal lock which prohibits larger boats entry. You will find original retro touches, from the funky floor tiles to the wedge style intercom phone on the wall. From the east facing patio you can hear the sea and feel the sea breezes. Just a short 200metre stroll and you will find yourself stepping onto the white sandy shore of Kings Beach. Gidget's is a peaceful blend of the two era's.

You will have the entire house and lockup shed to yourself. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv with Netflix and a large covered deck with BBQ perfect for the afternoon drink.
