Find yourselves in this neoclassical building built in XIX century and snuggle up in a cozy mezzanine bedroom. The space is sparkling bright, modern, designed in white with decor of map art, quirky vintage phone and monochrome geometric tiles blend with pops of sunny yellow for a chic contemporary look. The authentic courtyard is the perfect place to have a bottle of rosé in a fresh summer night. The apartment is located 10 mins walk between the famous party quarter and Heroes square. The house was designed by Károly Hild, one of the greatest architects of the 19th century and built in 1867 on behalf of a wealthy card manufacturer. However, some architectural blunders from the communist times can still be discovered on the building. The house has an internal staircase that leads to the first floor where the apartment is located. You can enjoy the interior courtyard while sitting in the hallway at a table and having a drink. The beautifully and newly furnished apartment is equipped with: free wi-fi, heater for winter, air condition for summer, washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. The famous and spectacular Andrassy Avenue with its numerous historic villas, embassies and residensies is only a few minutes walk. Running parallel to Andrássy út, the mile-long historic Király Street is a modern retail, bar and party hub in the middle of Pest. Another must-see attraction is the Széchenyi Bath only 3 metro stops away. The Metro Line 1 is the oldest metro on the European continent. If you feel like exploring the city without using the public transport, it is also possible as you can reach almost all highlights with a pleasant walk. This is our lovely, quiet, always bright studio. Why we like it so much? Because of: • The excellent access to the public transport, only in 10 minutes from Kazinczy/Király Street / Gozsdu Garden or other citysights by metro or downtown trolleybus in 15 min. • Our top floor terrace with insane panorama, where the whole city is visible including the Buda Castle, Basilica, Heroes Square, Elisabeth Lookout, Buda hills. Each day a picturesque sunset is included with the view. This is a good place if you want to have an ice-cold "fröccs"! • The bright, well-equipped kitchen where you can find all the tools you need to cook something delicious. • Pretty lights in the afternoon (facing west) and a comfortable queen size bed with foam mattress. We provide fresh bedsheets. • The bathroom with bathtub, toiletries, hairdryer, washing machine and fresh towels. • The good and fast wifi (240 Mbit). • The sound system with jack cable connection. • 35sqm studio • Air Conditioner • Television with 100 channels including several foreign channels as well. • Nestle 600 meters from Városliget Park (one of the biggest park of Budapest) which makes this location great for quick access to the outdoors. All amenities in the entire apartment are available exclusively for you. We'll always be available by phone, email, airbnb messaging if needed, but otherwise you will have complete privacy and exclusive access to the entirety of the apartment for you to enjoy. We are always free if you have any questions and close by if you need anything. The apartment is a block from the iconic Andrassy Avenue and Heroes Square. It's a 20-minute walk to the Jewish Quarter, well-known for its vibrant nightlife, hip coffee shops, and cool restaurants. The building is right in front of a trolleybus station from where there are buses going in every 4 minutes towards the Parliament (15 minutes ride). Erzsébet Körút is either 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus, from there you can take the tram 4-6 which is the busiest tram-line in Budapest operating 24/7 which takes you pretty much all around the city center. Keleti Railway Station is also a 8 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus (78) to the other direction, from there you can take the subway M3 and M4. The surrounding streets offer a lot of free parking premises, also it's really safe to leave your car there even for a longer time.
